I kinda started this in another thread but didn't want to hijack.
I bench to improve my overhead. I only close grip bench.
Should I be actually concerned with proper technique ?
I do stick and lock my shoulders. My wrists are good . I'm definitely working my triceps.
Now I'm not arching. I'm not using my legs.
So seeing as my concern is tricep work is there a logical reason for me to work on technique ?
