Years ago there was a guy on the boards by the name of Silverback/SB. He was a pretty big bencher and strength coach for a lot of guys that wanted a bigger bench. I remember him discussing the benefits of CNS priming for warm ups and I used that method on my own clients and had great success. It's a warm up that helps improve your working sets. I still use a rough version of is currently, but will try to get you more info on the specific numbers. It's not a technique thing, but if you aren't already doing it, it could help you. I am sure a couple folks here already know about it too and if they could chime in with an example for RR, that would be great. I want to make sure I have my strategy correct before I give out the actual numbers.
