Bad genetics....but

So I don't have the best genetics. But when I did tren, I never had the cough, the sweats or insomnia. I did 150mgs a week MAX.

I'm 51 now and was thinking about adding 50mgs a week along with my 150mgs of test a week.

Goal: to get back the strength and hardness I once had. Well, maybe not back when I was 40, but at least 70% back to my old numbers

Mentally I miss the heavier weights.

Heart calcium score was 111 6 years ago. If I eat cleaner, I shoukd have less worries.

Just was throwing this out there to get your feedback. Good idea or not a good idea??

If your bloods are all good and you want to run some go for it.

If I had wings I'd be the fkn tren fairy just swoopin around poking folks ,, here try this !!

Between running tren with no ester in my preworkout and trenA highest I've run is 580 or so a week and that was like trying to hold on to an angry rocket flying across the fkn sky I don't recommend that to anyone.

Again , I am a horrible example of self preservation and common sense. I'm way more the I could die ? really ? here hold my beer type.

If you have no major health issues to contend with or even if you DO 50mg is not going to hurt you at all IMO.
However I am not convinced that 50mg per week will get you back to 70% of anything, I KNOW 200mg of E will make a difference though.
Maybe a number between and ran low and slow will help you out, I have sworn Tren off on numerous occasions thus far and did it again in the spring, but now I will be 60 in one month and am thinking crank like a MOTHERFUCKER and see what happens ...........LMAO so back on the E with and A booster may be the order of the day.

Youth trumps everything.

My own personal experience and I'll try to keep it brief. Picked up a weight at about 15 y.o. and never stopped. Hit my peak at 35 y.o. Started TRT at about 43 y.o. Did my first Test cycle at about 45 y.o. Other compounds added after 46 y.o. now about to turn 60 y.o.

Here's what I know for a fact; the TOS at even 50 y.o. on gear could never hold hold a candle to the 100% natty TOS AT 35 y.o. Youth trumps everything. I'm done chasing those numbers, those squat weights would fold my like a lawn chair now and I'm ok with it.

I don't see you getting anything out of 50 mg of Tren a week, like nothing. Here's what I what I would recommend. Bump that Test up to 200 mg/wk. This will be a slow burn but you can do that for a very long time, possibly a cruise. Your body knows what to do with that Test and outside needing to keep an eye on your E2, you'll feel good and see some SLOW improvement over a few months. That long cruise gives your body plenty of time to react to your training.

A few years back, Dante Trudel wrote that he was doing 21mg of tren a week with his TRT. Going sub q, tren at 7mg EOD. Dante also claimed he was doing 138mg of testosterone a week - sub q test at roughly 23ius EOD

Going as low as 20 a week no ester will start to push water out of you and tighten everything up , at least for me it does and we all know with this shit , one size does not fit all

I run it twice a week in my preworkout the other two days are totally different and I notice the difference in water retention and vascularity with out it ,,, how much tissue does it build ,, no clue I use it for the rush of madness so i can get more weight on the bar per session.

I run 10 mg of tren e everyday as a supplement to my 25 mg of TRT daily. I used to run 25 mg of mast, but with mast being hard to come by I switched to tren. I tried 10 mg of DHB as well. Also, a great addition. Even tried both at the same time.

The only negative effects I noticed on labs was with the DHB. My GGT went up quite a bit. 200 mg of glutathione 3x a week fixed that issue.

Would I suggest that to anyone. No fucking way. However, I am still trying to win my pro card. If you are just recreational lifting/bodybuilding then I highly suggest you get in and out quickly with tren and DHB.

Funny thing is I can run tren e at 50 mg a day with the only negative effect being night sweats, but 5 mg of tren ace a day gives me insomnia, GERD, night sweats and anxiety.

That's why you didn't have any probs, that's not much, assuming also it was ACE and broken up 3x or so over the week. I've been at 400mgs and not had any real problems, got a little of the warm up after meals, but no night sweats, attitude problems (vs baseline) maybe a little bit of waking up too early wide awake, but nothing near trensomnia either. We're all crazy different there. I've always dealt with 19-Nors very well. Others can't even run low dose Deca without their brains going haywire.

I'd always push test up before a 2nd compound, especially since you're only at 150mgs, but that's your call.

I use the mast E still. Lower dose than my bro GF but it really helps my TRT dose of test. If you can do tren with no probs then why not? At a low dose you mitigate most side. Let us know how it goes.

Also, genetics? My name says it all.
