    Exercise 1 - machine pulldowns - 6 sets - 135lbs - 195lbs - 8-4 reps!
    Exercise 2 - machine row - 3 sets - moderate weight - 10-8 reps!
    Exercise 3 - biceps - bench curls - 4 sets - moderate weight - 8-10 reps!
    Exercise 4 - biceps - standing curls various hand positions - 65lbs - 3 sets - 8-10 reps!
    Exercise 5 biceps - machine - moderate weight - 8-10 reps!

    That be it!!!!

    Back and leg stopped the rest of workout!...They hurt the whole entire time, then intensity of pain became unbearable!...Had to quit workout!...Go in for injections tomorrow!!!!

    Still pissing around!...Can't seem to get back to my old lifting intensity....Anyway, I read a thread the other day and it was focusing on arm size...What really caught my attention was a post by one of the iron bro's....He indicated that if we don't post pics of ourselves then we might be faking or not a sincere bro...Well, I disagree....However, I took a few pics for fakes sakes tonight as i was pissing around at the gym...Don't want anyone thinking im not an iron bro....

    there ya have it...im for real...lol!....You guys really shouldn't make people feel like they have to post pics just to be considered sincere....my 2 cents....peace....

    gonna try my old split routin next week...minus legs....hopefully therapy will help...therapist seems to think he can get me back to normal...
