Exercise 3 - biceps - bench curls - 4 sets - moderate weight - 8-10 reps!
Exercise 4 - biceps - standing curls various hand positions - 65lbs - 3 sets - 8-10 reps!
Exercise 5 biceps - machine - moderate weight - 8-10 reps!
