Same ole, same ole....Started with chest, moved to back, tri's and finished with shrugs!...


Chest

Machine flys
Machine incline press

Back

Machine pulldowns
Smith Machine shrugs

Tri's

Machine pushdown's

Bi's

Machine curls

Same as above....With exception of NOT doing traps (shrugs)....Instead, did two different types of shoulder exercises via machines....Really pathetic to say the least!!!!....:mad::(:rolleyes:

Had a tad, shad of a bit of a better workout (<--------say that phrase 10 times as fast as u can without messing up and u will be the worlds greatest speech champion) Sunday....

Still stuck to the same ole routine, with exception of, inclusion of Arnold fly's....I am feeling them today!....Peace!....

Mostly concentrated on chest and traps....Incorporated tri pushdowns (standing/seated), machine curls, lat pulldowns, and a tad bit of shoulder press (machine of course).....

Still can't work out with the same intensity as the "good ole days".....My back and knees are shot!!!!!!!...
