Great improvements ATW and agree with the above comments above on the legs!! I know you think your core got thicker, but IMO I don't think it is!! Your obliques, abs, midsection looks leaner and of course the leaner you are the bigger muscles look, plus the cut/color of your top/shorts may be giving the appearance of thicker core but I really don't see it or think it looks thicker just more defined.

yup yup! quads look harder. arms look bigger. midsection more defined. im willin to bet you way a few lbs more but your bf% is lower. def good solid improvements. you got the winning formula. keep at it!
