Cutting back on caffeine made a huge difference for me. I started going for short daily walks, and focusing on slower breathing helped calm stuff down without needing to overthink it.

Cutting caffeine helped a lot, but what made the biggest change for me was getting better sleep. I cannot recall if I posted this before but 400-500 mg gets me right as rain when I am under stress at work. I don;t really get anxiety but my wife has probs and it helps her out quite a bit.
