Cutting back on caffeine made a huge difference for me. I started going for short daily walks, and focusing on slower breathing helped calm stuff down without needing to overthink it.
Cutting caffeine helped a lot, but what made the biggest change for me was getting better sleep. I started using some gummies from https://gomicromagic.com/ a few nights a week, and they chill me out without making me groggy the next day. The sleep is deeper, and the next day feels calmer. Big difference from when I was waking up tense every morning.

Anxiety is the worst. I have it bad. THC helped me but my employer will let us go if it comes up positive on a random drug test. So, I am prescribed klotapin. It makes no sense. But, it is what it is.
If my hormone levels are off my anxiety spikes horribly.
Best of luck to you finding something that works for you. I know the struggle.

I cannot recall if I posted this before but 400-500 mg gets me right as rain when I am under stress at work. I don;t really get anxiety but my wife has probs and it helps her out quite a bit.
