Will run with this routine for a while and see if I can cope with the volume - (so far so good and setting some new PB'S). I am liking the routine so far and have tweaked a few things after the advice - e.g. adding Incline Curls to replace Reverse Curls.

Spilz Member Apr 6, 2017 16 2 Apr 30, 2017 #16 Have made some good gains since starting this routine. Made it to 100kg for bench press, 140kg for Squat, and 130kg for Deadlift - Is going along nicely.
