Looks like you have a good read on what's working for you too. And........... that's a LOT of sets on the arms. But that's what trial and error are for. Interesting thought on the quads and your squat loads.
Thanks bro. I am going to start a log tomorrow. I forgot to mention that although I have been training for almost a decade on and off, I went from 152 lbs to 207 in 1 1/2 years while staying in the same fat percentage.
This is because I virtually didn't work out at all from May of 2008 until February of 2010. 55lbs gain in 1 1/2 years is good progress i believe!
