I am sorry to make a new thread for just a single pic. I would have posted it with my back shots but I just totally forgot about it.

I am around 200lbs here bloated as you can see but still defined.

Thanks bro! My goal is to reach 220 with 9-10% bf. Pretty much like the bodybuilders in the 70's.

It's the way he's standing with his head down and arms back. Regardless, good work Rein, solid physique. Good width on your chest.

ATW, I always appreciate the input from well-built and fine looking women such as yourself! You've done a fantastic job!

Big gunz, I am going to post more pics later in the evening.

Gix, you're right about the way I stand but in this pic I was on cycle and I was more swollen.

Gentao my diet was around 3700-4000kcal and consisted of 500-600grams of chicken every day, 4-5 scoops of whey protein, 1 can of tuna, 6 egg whites/2 yolks, at least 1-1,5 liters of full fat milk and only God knows how many vegetables and fruit.

Other than that my main source of carbs was whole wheat bread, whole wheat spaghetti and rice.
