Gix, you're right about the way I stand but in this pic I was on cycle and I was more swollen.
Gentao my diet was around 3700-4000kcal and consisted of 500-600grams of chicken every day, 4-5 scoops of whey protein, 1 can of tuna, 6 egg whites/2 yolks, at least 1-1,5 liters of full fat milk and only God knows how many vegetables and fruit.
Other than that my main source of carbs was whole wheat bread, whole wheat spaghetti and rice.
