I agree about the terrible 70's porn and the horrible anti-erotic music but I am not planning to shave anything else other than my cawk and my nut sac until I compete. Actually there's not much of a need to do so because I have hair mostly on my legs, which is natural for a man.

Thank you all for your input!

ATW, I always appreciate the input from well-built and fine looking women such as yourself! You've done a fantastic job!

Big gunz, I am going to post more pics later in the evening.

Gix, you're right about the way I stand but in this pic I was on cycle and I was more swollen.

Gentao my diet was around 3700-4000kcal and consisted of 500-600grams of chicken every day, 4-5 scoops of whey protein, 1 can of tuna, 6 egg whites/2 yolks, at least 1-1,5 liters of full fat milk and only God knows how many vegetables and fruit.

Other than that my main source of carbs was whole wheat bread, whole wheat spaghetti and rice.

damn thats fucking awesome. you take up a second job to pay for all that :)

Don't even get me started on the cost of food bro. It's more than 300$ every month and I might be saying little. I want to turn pro and I have had a serious suggestion to do a professional photo-shoot once I get my body to the next level (by my standards at least). Hopefully this will pay me back all the money I have spend in food and much more! I just have to be patient and juice my head off.

Front pics are always better my man, more muscle groups to see. I'm very impressed with your chest. Pretty full and very wide. You seem to have a great building block for what your goals are. IMO, work very hard on your form with preacher curls, skull crushers, etc to really build those arms up. Your arms look good right now, btu obviously to compete you'll have to add some "3Dness" to them. But overall looking very good for not even being that lean. You know what to do and we're here to help as always.

Thanks for everything bro. All critics and advice are most welcome! Maybe I should start a log! My chest is wide but needs more mass. Same thing with my arms. They have a very nice shape but are very small. I am still trying to understand my body and see does it react more favorably to.

If you really want to compete at a high level, I believe at some point you are going to have to do an all out bulker....not worrying about gaining a bit of fat. This does not mean that you're gear dosage needs to go way up, but rather you need to increase the calories a lot and make sure you are getting 95% of your protein from whole foods. Shakes are great when you have no time, but if you really want to make this your "job" then you have to make some sacrifices. Eating as much as humanly possible throughout the day will help a lot. I would recommend utilizing EQ, GHRP-6, and a good complete digestive enzymes to really get your appetite in high gear. One of the worst things about a stong bulker is the amount of food you have to consume. Those 3 things I said before make it much more bearable. Once you run one of these cycles (or 2) and are at your desired size, then you just work on leaning out. The IFBB guys don't really bulk once they reach that level, at least not like they used to when they were comin up. They reach that level, maintain the size (which is basically their peak) and just get shredded when they need to. When you have comps throughout the year it's tough to incorporate a true bulker if you are constantly having to run a comp prep cycle. Oh, and I'm sure you know that those guys probably stay on AAS year round, so that's somethign you'll have to consider as well. I think you can achieve the size you're looking for without touching slin, but eventually you will need to utilize HGH for size maintenance and overall leanness. These are just ideas I'm trying to throw out at you so you have a head start if this is something you really want to do bro.

Back and front pics show a lot of muscle to build from. I may have missed this, but how tall are you and what's your weight now? You mentioned still figuring out what your body best responds to, how long have you been training?

Yeah, it sounds like a good idea bro. Very nice suggestions. I am having a little trouble getting peptides where I live but I can certainly get my hands on some very high quality eq.

Regarding your comment about whole food, I couldn't possibly agree more. Not only muscles are a lot fuller but size gains come way more rapidly and are of higher quality.

Thankfully I am probably not going to have to use slin but after I reach a certain point of lean body mass I will probably have to use HGH year round which isn't something I fancy but... oh, well...

The idea of staying year round on AAS is appealing but my reason says no. I have a very long way to go yet and I want to believe that I am going to avoid the blast and cruise mode for a few more years.

As I said on a previous post my goal is to reach 220 with 9-10% bf and look like they did back in the 70's. I can't and also don't want to be a mass monster with a hgh gut.

I am not looking that much into competitions (although I will have to compete 2-3 times per year), I am mostly interested in the photo-shoot part in which I can make good money from.

I know that everything new we start is difficult but this one knows no boundaries. I mean, there are so many supplements you can take to optimize your health during AAS that you need a salary just for these. Let alone food, and size building supplements. The way I look at it is a long-term investment that's going to pay me back sooner or later.

I didn't get it bro. Are you saying that I have good muscle size or that there is room to built more muscle? Or both? I am 5'10" to 5'11" and I have been working out for about a decade on and off.

Each bodypart reacts differently on training and needs to be trained in a very specific way so I can get results. What I am still trying to figure (and I think that I have) is how to combine muscle groups and what training principles to utilize in each day.

So far I have found out that the more volume, the better. For example I train my arms on their own day. If I don't superset them and If I don't do at least 30-40 sets (depending on whether I am on cycle or not) my arms don't grow.

I have also find out that I can't train my chest and back with small rest periods because then i push my delts and arms to the point they do all the lifting and my back or chest doesn't work at all.

I used to do squats with 350lbs for reps but my quads didn't grow. As soon as I started using low-medium weights, smaller rest periods and high reps my quads blew up.

My back needs to be hit from a variety of angles with reps ranging mostly from 10-12. My chest now reacts favorably on both very heavy weights and long breaks as well as small rest periods and high intensity/rep sets with isolation exercises.

My shoulders same as my back and legs. Need a lot of volume with high intensity.
