I didn't get it bro. Are you saying that I have good muscle size or that there is room to built more muscle? Or both?
Saying you have good muscle size and that you show the genetic potential to build more.

Looks like you have a good read on what's working for you too. And........... that's a LOT of sets on the arms. But that's what trial and error are for. Interesting thought on the quads and your squat loads.

Thanks bro. I am going to start a log on Monday. I forgot to mention that although I have been training for almost a decade on and off, I went from 152 lbs to 207 in 1 1/2 years while staying in the same fat percentage.

This is because I virtually didn't work out at all from May of 2008 until February of 2010. 55lbs gain in 1 1/2 years is good progress i believe! :)

awesome. i cut down to 165 unfortunately and would love to be back to at least 180
