God feeling like such a lightweight anymore is a depressing thing that constantly consumes a man’s thoughts. Everyone says lifting lighter will help which I have no doubt will, and which I have followed this advice. But needing advice from actual age equivalent guys would help. Thanks, stone
I also train 6 days a week, hitting each body part 2x/week60 here few months ago, time under tension, DIET is number 1 at this age, it never was for me until I got old a few weeks ago..lol
I always trained really fucking hard.
Now I train 6 days a week and crank like a motherfucker but much lighter weights, HIGH protein, LOW doses and cardio everyday.
Heart issues are the #1 killer for our age group.
Seriously you need less compounds than most think, and do balance exercises and stretching like your life depends on it, because the QUALITY of your life does.
Work smarter and harder and don't make excuses, life will give ya plenty without making em up.
