Very impressive squatting and killer leg curls.

I hope I get the same result from switching to Chucks. Did you move your stance out?

Thanks and no, I squat/pull sumo. I did bring my toes in a few degrees which helped the knees and hips feel smooth.

Sure was, thanks! Yea i'm done with shoulder till post op, except for a testing day with Monsoon. Few more wks and I start rnd #2 of Lilliebridge, really pumped with this programming!

Excellent! Beware of hip sensitivity of eventually running this a third time. That's what I experienced and I'm backing off for a bit and using Lilliebridge Method purely for peaking. Luckily I ran it so many times I have an excellent template for what worked! Experimentation was a success!

Hope all is well my dude.

I appreciate the heads up, thanks. I checked out some YouTube videos PLK had suggested and that stretching made almost immediate difference. This will be for peaking. Aug 8th is the day so I have till end of month to get ready for it. Pretty much took this whole wk off as I was getting burned out and sore. spent the wk stretching, relaxing, feeding and it was worth it

I needed some motivation to back off (as if my crappy performance wasn't enough), and here it is. Thanks.
