5.0 if you passed out from it yea, get in to the doc, like yesterday. Halley Berry is fit ****in hawt and has diabetes so conditioning is not a fix all

I'm no Halle Berry, but I'm fit and hot and I got diabetes too...

No I didn't run, I rode my bike, can't run anymore after back surgery. Today was 12 mile fasted ride this morning, work, then gym

I have to say that I've been quite spent this 2nd wk. I took an extra hr this morning getting going to work, I'm sore all over but I feel great still, seems like progression again!

1. Why ride fasted?
2. After the ride and before work what does your meal consist of?

Fasted ride cause I can't eat rite after getn up, I need to wake up. The 40 min ride does it. My first meal listed is always 5 min after arriving at work. I shoot for 40g protein 60g carbs. I'm usually a lil short on carbs, bout 40-50g
