Sitting at 131lbs this a.m. with bodyfat essentially gone from torso/arms. Glute/Ham tie-ins are always the last to go but I think we'll hit the stage around 120-125lbs after carbing her up.
Leg Day today:
Front Squats: 12x95/ 10x 135/ 8 x 155 x 3sets
High Wide Leg Press: 12x 6plates/ 12x 8plates/ 12x 10plates/ 12x 12plates/ 12x 14plates/ 12x 16plates/ 12x 18plates
then reverse back down with
Plié Presses (toes out/heels touching): 12 x ......
Alternating Standing Leg Curls: 10x 45lbs x 4sets
Donkey Calf Raises: 15 x Stack (300lbs) x 4sets
100 Rep Leg Ext: 60lbs x 20/20/15/15/10/10/15/10/5 Keep knees flexed at rest to build up Lactic acid
Finish with a little torture I came up with. Hip Thrusters 15 x 160lbs ss with Hanging Leg Raises x 15(ish)
