Still no picture. I'd wager EAT more and cardio less. For cardio use a sled, run stadiums, walk with a wheelbarrow. Do something constructive and not just a treadmill or something like that.

Just lift. Do some chain exercises and not all isolation. Just saying that because when I was your age I did all isolation stuff and didn't get smert until later.
Can't see a lot in that picture, but I can see some muscle. As DD said, just lift and enjoy it. Use your calories and your protein to build the muscle after you put in the work.

I remember coming back to senior year in high school from summer break and there were these two guys that worked out all summer long together with plans on going into the Marine Corps after graduation and they got huge in those three months. Ah... to have those teenage hormone levels...
Keep working no matter what, when all your buddies are jerking off to video games or X-box invest your time in training your body AND mind ALWAYS do one more rep in everything you do.
