Please give me tips for what to do cardio twice a day lifting once with a full body split high protein low carb diet 510 169 pounds.

Don't see a picture.

For tips it will help us help you if we know your current goals. Offhand, judging from your post and what is common for your age group, you might be overtraining.

Still no picture. I'd wager EAT more and cardio less. For cardio use a sled, run stadiums, walk with a wheelbarrow. Do something constructive and not just a treadmill or something like that.

Just lift. Do some chain exercises and not all isolation. Just saying that because when I was your age I did all isolation stuff and didn't get smert until later.

Can't see a lot in that picture, but I can see some muscle. As DD said, just lift and enjoy it. Use your calories and your protein to build the muscle after you put in the work.

I remember coming back to senior year in high school from summer break and there were these two guys that worked out all summer long together with plans on going into the Marine Corps after graduation and they got huge in those three months. Ah... to have those teenage hormone levels...
