I'm getting this info from Mark Bell and I'm sure Super Training will put up a real nice video it may take a few days.

I don't think the meet is in Sacramento too damn hot for a meet at ST with no air lol.

I'm not sure where the meet is but I'll find out.

He does something I have never seen before setting up to squat, he gets set up under the bar and then has the mono lowered a bit while he is already set and under.

why is his deadlift lower than his bench though? i thought most PLers pulled way more than they benched?
