Strong benching, and I agree with you with regards to linking OHP to bench strength.

Some how got the bar back up had to hold myself up with the rack. 5 min later tried again same result. Un rack walk back get fuzzy barley make it to the pins and rack it. Didn't train again till this morning. Flat bench up to 365x10 then 6 got a little fuzzy so racked it. Need to get over this cold and get hydrated. Did some accessory stuff after no big thing.

Gotta love front squats. Their one of my favorite lifts.

Love them they are great when my wraps and belt are in my wife's car :) I contribute them to my speed off the ground for deads and the strength gains in my squatting

You got dizzy b/c you blunt choked yourself. The bar was on your windpipe cutting circulation. I've seen people pass out while front squatting b/c of this. There's a fine line between having it set perfectly and choking yourself.

I didn't feel like I could breath I felt like I had pressure in my head. I have never had this issue before. I tried again and same result...

Squats tonight. Felt a little cloudy in my head still. Worked up to 585x2 felt good. Next time x5 :) I hope.

That's odd. I'm not sure what was causing that.

That's what I'm thinking. Dehydration plus head cold plus lack of nutrition equals bad things. As far as training this week I expected to feel off. I started to pass out hard two times inside of ten min last week. That's not just going away lol :)
