No time off. Nothing crazy. No big weights. Not this week at least. My rib is soar and my right calf behind my knee. Doesn't seem like anything major and that knot in my pecks gone. 4 days a week want to keep my strength where it is or try to at least. Then go hard again starting week of christmas
Last meet I took four days off that was my rest and it was two weeks after the meet I take breaks when my body tells me I feel pretty good this week just nothing big some reps and sma volume

Squatted Saturday morning I cut my finger open at work Friday so I put wraps on knees at 555 and started bleeding everywhere I didn't want to rip out my stitches so I stopped there for a single I should have go e way further I didn't realize how bad I was bleeding either way..... Tonight did some bench rep work or tried to. Flat 45x5, 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 365x9, 8, 315x10 cable flys 4 sets 12-20reps lying db ext 25x12, 35x12, 45x12, 55x8. Band press downs 100 reps. Brutal pump
