IGot compartment syndrome from a serious arm break (radius and ulna). It was no joke...12 inch scar on my forearm and a skin graft from my thigh was the result...I hope no one else has that type of pain from that shit
Boxer briefs are basically suit bottoms. Legless design won't give as much pop but protect the hips. Also legless design ride up too much causing front wedgie feeling
Spartan briefs are a good cheap brief too. I squat in single ply centurion...love titan gear. Have worn inzer and metal but titan gear crushes them IMO
Hopefully the pt regimen will get you fixed up. Had same problem 5 years ago...disc between c6-c7 was ruptured. Surgery to get it fused. All good now though
I personally would try bringing the stance in some and practice sitting back on a box. Nothing wrong wit wide stance front squats though. Just would use multiple stances to experiment which one works best for muscle gain
