    Torn Muscle HELP....

    I would definetely get it looked at by a qualified therapist. I am a physical therapist and see alot of injuries. It isnt just the muscle that could be damaged, there are other structures at play like fascia etc. Go get an MRI etc but definetly get a uqualified 'sports' practitioner to assess it...

    Everyone to there own - I agree with silverback that the newbie looking to get equipped to lift is the issue, but those sort of people wont last long in the gym anyway.     Has anybody heard of Bio-identical hormones? I was told they are a standard medical treatment in the USA and limited availability in Europe/Ireland. Looking at these since I have never gone down the steroid route etc. Any advice or thoughts welcome! Jc

    Trigger Point Therapy For Pain Relief

    maybe there's a place for people posting on the forum if they are qualified to perform certain "modalities". I have a qualified physical therapist (in Ireland) and perform trigger point therapy (Trp) as a normal part of my treatments.
