I'm 44 packing a leaner powerlifting body than most of the guys in the gym.
You can see a muscular shape but not body if you get my drift.

Heading towards something to help with the decreasing hormonal balance.

Looking for advice because I have only ever taken "pure supplements", yet being a physical therapist I under the whole scientific basis for hormones, anti-oxidants and medical treatments.

Goal is too maintain or grow muscle mass while decreasing adipose tissue.
I have a great diet and maintain a focussed weight program.

Personally I feel the T hormones are going south and the lack of elasticity isnt helping.

Cheers T clan.

Sounds like you're not talking about cycling so much as hormone replacement therapy. I'd suggest that you get educated on Male HRT and then see the doc for a conversation about your health. What do you think about that?

cheers pillar ... spot on but I was wondering if the clan had experience in other treatments that may help my goals.
Was thinking HGH but unsure of its effect on 40+ males ...
You be honest problem with hormone therapy is doctors believe in running the hormones to 'norms' not pushing them to 'optimum' levels which is my stance
I do bloods regularly so I am tracking a decreasing set of metrics.

does that make sense

I think it makes great sense... And GH can be a part of your HRT. I'll let the HRT experts here take over though to make sure you're guided well. Good luck with this bro!
