It’s another ME movement for the bench rotation. I am experimenting to find what carries over to my bench. Having the arms fully on the floor at the bottom prevents any bounce or momentum and it’s do or die because there’s really no way to dump it.@monsoon never done floor presses. What do you like about them and any reason to work them in?
