I try to watch some right , some left and then go to the middle like PBS Newshour , they seem to have the middle of the road locked down and stick to facts.

So I boil all that down and research what doesnt make sense still.

Yeah most blue areas are urban centers while the main part of the nation leans red you're not wrong about that. Maine is odd here cus were "purple " Alot of folks here are die hard republicans but have some dem views and leanings due to ,, in my opinion only , coming here from more southern states like my family started to back in the mid 70s

They bring some of that urban melting pot with them and it sort of balances out the ultra white vibe of the place.

We even have 2 voting districts here I think there is only 1 or 2 other states like ours and one usually votes red and one blue ..its an odd mix politically but it works well for us usually.

Taters are a way of life round here , Crane family got around 2500 acres goin , they grow for Lays. Huge ass farm like a small town.

Trump treats people like they are disposable. Another sign of a true sociopath. People suit his purposes today, but tomorrow they may be disposed of when they stand on principle. Thomas Massie is a perfect recent example. He is a libertarian. Votes with Trump pretty much all the time, but in one recent instance where his lifelong principles kept him from voting the way Trump wanted him to.. Trump ordered him to vote Trump's way, or else he will find a primary opponent to run against him.
