I try to eat leafy greens daily. I really do not like the texture of spinach or soft greens but they are all real good for ya. (save iceberg lettuce which has little benefit) Do you guys think it is better to blend up my PWO shake with spinach or kale or get one of those powdered green supplements to get my micro nutrients?
