35-65 lbs band weight
Dont know what it is but I felt strong pressing through that. Not necessarily fast though. It went fast. Just felt stronger rather than faster.
It was easy regardless.

There is a direct correlation with squats and bent over rows #s IDK wtf but something has got to change. This week I squatted first and BB row #s are in the shitter. Last few weeks was the reverse. Maybe I'm doing them wrong but they tax my lower back quite a bit. Not spine wise but muscle wise.
