I'm the guy in a cut off hoodie, sweats, and fleece hat in the winter. No matter what I'm training that day. I'll drop to a t-shirt for cardio. My worn out joints need to be warm.
Tank top and shorts everyday in summer. I wear a t-shirt when I squat, and throw on sweats for deads, and take them off after.
