Just be careful with sides bro.

no sides man. for some reason im able to handle the higher doses and feel great while on. great appetite and i sleep like a baby. the only side im having is muscle gain:)

LOL simple is good, mine are actually too detailed and most people never read it but just look at the pics :D

leg extentions
4X25 not sure of the weight. i went up each set.

leg press.
1x15 3 plates per side
1x15 5 plates per side
1x12 7 pates per side
1x8 9 plates per side
1x8 11 plates per side followed by 8 partial reps.

hack squat
1X15 2 plates per side
1X15 4 plates per side
2X15 5 plates per side

walking lunges
4X50s (dumbells)

leg extention 1Xfailure.
