Favorite bencher? As far as being the most impressive bencher ever, and IMO the strongest raw bencher ever to walk the planet, it's Rahman Siamand. The guy has benched over 700 in competition with NO LIFT OFF and NO LEG DRIVE. If he had the use of his legs and had somebody hand him the weight, I'd guess he'd be somewhere north of 730.

Favorite bencher in terms of emulating his style, I'd say probably Lillebridge.

Flat - Ted Arcidi , Bev Francis

Rahman has benched 291kg in competition, that is roughly 641.5. He benched 680 on a video. He is probably capable of a 700 press. He is possibly the strongest in terms of pure pressing strength out there. Amazing man for sure.
