Excellent question. I stopped weighing everything and started eating bigger portions per meal until I'm full. I don't compete so I quit being so strict about it. Let me do some calculating and get back. This is something I should have figured out already.
sort of in the same boat. Just started adjusting the diet on feel, trying to get as much in as possible. Lost calorie count years ago... I have to sleep but I think I will add up the cals of this list tomorrow.
P.S. I may get flamed for this but I am an avid user of glycemic load and keto diets and low carb diets. It seems to me that one can eat an incredible amount and loose fat on a keto diet. Continue tomorrow...

Before I go to sleep I will have 1/2 cup lowfat cottage and hand full almonds.
