I know it was Day 3 of last week but with work and having walking Pnuemonia....this guy wasn't in too good of shape to train. Heck even today, I felt weak as hell and I missed a rep on my 480 squat...first rep I missed...that pisses me off.:-q

Legs were a,little beat up from yesterday but my back is catching up. Might keep doing hook grip until I get up closer to maximal effort. Throw in a belt and some decent technique and I might pull 7 after all. Lol.

I felt like a totally mangina today. I just did not have it. This walking pneumonia is kicking my ass. Achy and no energy. Doc is giving me some stronger meds today, so I hope to kick this bitch soon. It's been 10 days.

I would love to, and that meet is a great cause, but right now with being sick and just a lot of other pokers in the fire (going back to school), I am lucky to catch myself coming and going. Is Cube a solid program? I think it is. I like it. It has some benefits of Westside with a little flavor of 5/3/1 too...as for being back? Nah, not even close. It probably sounds a bit arrogant, but 500 isn't shit to me anymore. I've been over 5 so many times and have plenty of 500 presses in meets. Now when we start talking 550+ or 6...now were talking!! LOL. That my friend will be a bit. But regardless, things are coming along pretty well. Helps actually following a program dilligently and hitting every rep. LOL. Gee, what a novel idea. LOL.

Man... First day of bench for the whole program and he calls for 70% x 10 for 2 sets after the heavy floor presses smh...

Did that kick your ass or am I a weakling?!

Looking forward to seeing how this pans out for you - only a few weeks left right?

Got Damn I've missed out on alot over here. Great to see my boys still pushing through. I need to fire up the tele a do some catching up!!!
