My arms , neck , chest and forearms exceed what they say by a good bit while my calves and legs are a lot smaller...lol

Keep in mind that the BF% that you enter does NOT need to be actual, but where you want it to calculate your maxes at, e.g., 8%. For example, it says that at 8% my max body weight would be 222.

I did the calculator

my wrists are 6.5 dinky

my calves are 8 dinky

says my max pontential for chest is 45"; for thigh 24.1"; for bicep 16.7"; for neck 16.3" and body weight 222.3lbs

Right now my chest is 52", my thigh is 27" my bicep is just above 19" and my neck is 18"

my weight is 245lbs today.

Thank God for.....
