So how close are you to your natural genetic potential? Even though a high percentage of members here are on AAS, a lot of you trained for years before you went on. I've found the linked calculator pretty accurate with the people I've shared this with.

This is the introduction, by Casey Butt, the inventor. It only takes a couple of minutes and all you need is a measuring tape.

Intro:

The following calculator gives you an estimate of the maximum muscular bodyweight and muscular measurements (at roughly 8 to 10% bodyfat) that a drug-free trainee of your structure is likely to attain. It is based on equations I've developed through over 6 years of research and analysis of data from drug-free champions both past and present. In essence, this calculator scales the weights and measurements of the drug-free champions to your skeletal structure.

I'm at gym; I'll post my maxes later.

J/k bro! Anyway... those are still well above average sizes for wrists and ankles. Ankle should be measured at the smallest spot and wrist between the bone and the hand.

Height and average wrist size
5'8" Tall 7 inches
5'10" Tall 7.1 inches
6' Tall 7.27 inches
6'2" Tall 7.45 inches
6'4" Tall 7.62 inches

Not sure what the average is on ankles but if it says you can have 28" thighs and 19" calves you're on the high end.
