Thats a good front squat. 275lbs for 3 reps is very respectable. This has me wanting to start up Sheiko again. I love that program!

Thanks! Just started doing them. Squats and bench tomorrow again. You should try it again, i love programs like sheiko and smolov.

Your lifts are good to go btw. Squats look strong!
