I love incline chest supported rows with dumbbells. It is hard to find anything that gets the upper back that pumped up.

I had to learn "side delt raise" recently , folks busted out laughing cus i called em the "bird flappy things with weights" I just pick up heavy things and move em , im not so good with all the names and machines haaaahaha

The naming convention of exercises always cracks me up. I started making videos for clients, so they know exactly what I am talking about. I just give them a private link to YouTube. Different than my OnlyFans, Jipped.

Thanks man ! It feels great finally being able to get back to work , been healing up since sept. and Im about sick of being gimpy hahaahha.
I hear you. These injuries take so damn long to recover from anymore. Doesn't matter if I am taking BPC-157, GH and TB500 to speed up the process, I still don't recover like I did in my 20's and 30's. Did some damage to my shoulder that week I did max bench and log press. Not sure which one did me in or if it was a combination of both, but it has been a pain in the ass trying to work my chest without making it worse.

Bro, I like that. We ain't no pussy ass quitters! When I hear someone say shit like "But it's hard" I wanna slap em.

Keep on going brother, that's all we can do and stopping is not an option. Oh, we can slow down and heal up. We can even modify and train a little lighter, nut I at least plan on doing what I love as long as I have breath.
