I hear you. These injuries take so damn long to recover from anymore. Doesn't matter if I am taking BPC-157, GH and TB500 to speed up the process, I still don't recover like I did in my 20's and 30's. Did some damage to my shoulder that week I did max bench and log press. Not sure which one did me in or if it was a combination of both, but it has been a pain in the ass trying to work my chest without making it worse.Thanks man ! It feels great finally being able to get back to work , been healing up since sept. and Im about sick of being gimpy hahaahha.
