Thank ya Sir ! If I can make 198 , ive got to pull 545 for a world record and if I stay in 220 ive got to be able to pull 625 so we shall see come september if i can pull it off , next year ill be in a new age bracket.

Son in law showed up so he took over rug rat duty for me while I got my work out in. I wasn't going to bother but it really did help clear my head n settle my nerves down so i'm glad he popped over early n talked me into it. He's a good kid even if he is the size of a broom handle.

Good focus , good drive and intensity , not a bad work out all in all.

I loved power lifting for years although I am not built for it at all. My brother and our best friend are ands I tagged along through my 30s never even being competitive with average power lifters but doing my best. I love looking at your log. Now I just do cardio and lift the little pink 5 lbs girlie weights HAHA

Today went well , switched a few things up to make it interesting on a rainy day and I wasnt sure how long the ol lady was going to be napping so I wanted to get in some good work but not be so blown out I couldnt take care of her. Good drive , good focus , solid work done with no complaints.

Today was good until the 2nd set of front squats , good energy n focus , drive was there for squats n deads , gms went well rows , decided to hit front squats 2nd set my upper back locked up like its got a rod in it and just hasn't loosened up yet. Doesn't feel like anything is torn or pulled , more like this super weird pump and cramping just below my scaps all the way across my back , both sides.

Today went relatively well , strength deff dropped a bit with out the drol but not a huge amount still pushing ok numbers on bench so all in all a good day. Didnt quite hit where I wanted to but i stretched it out into a bit of a lop sided pyramid and I got in some decent bench work. Accessories went well , mid back is still a bit sore when i arch up doing bent rows so those didnt get too crazy heavy today.

OK where do I begin , I guess with a quote from Dave Tate :

Today was one of those days. Every thing felt like it weighed a fucking ton , nothing wanted to break the floor , and just rolled on like a boulder trying to move 100 yards through 5 feet of mud.

Fuck me running for lack of anything skilled or fancy to say at this point.

Cleaned up , got a new shirt , got laughed at by the ol lady ,,, good times.
