OK where do I begin , I guess with a quote from Dave Tate :

Today was one of those days. Every thing felt like it weighed a fucking ton , nothing wanted to break the floor , and just rolled on like a boulder trying to move 100 yards through 5 feet of mud.
Fuck me running for lack of anything skilled or fancy to say at this point.

, just awful. 535x1 epic fail , to the mid shin , shaking like fuck room got real small , set it down took a knee , cramped up like a mother fucker , started gagging on my rice pudding and protein shake pre work out meal and ended up all hunched over puking on my self with one leg bent up like some retarded flamingo .... it was lovely :cautious:
