And an Update on Pat Mendes..... he's stopped Oly lifting altogether and is selling cars in Vegas. He's also down to 100kg (220lbs) so he lost 35kg (77lbs). He was banned from Oly lifting for testing positive for performance enhancers and it would appear he isn't taking it well at all.

I said he should have switched to PLing back when he was Oly lifting.

He may come back after his 2 yr ban is up but you never know.
