Greetings fellow forumites. New to this board, but not new to the game. Was an NPC competitive bodybuilder 20 years ago (did 13 shows, won 2). Back then there were no raws coming from China, my gear source would smuggle gear back from Mexico. We had lots of HG test, primo tabs, Halo etc. I never had access to var, and only used winstrol the last 3 weeks of my last contest prep. So while a long time gear vet, I am still a newb when it comes down to var and winnie. 50 years old, 5'9.5 and 224 lbs at 12% body fat. Goal is to be 224 w/ 8-9% bodyfat by mid June.
I am currently running a short term lean mass bulker, test 500 mgs a week, and deca, 400. Have been running 60-70 mgs of var on my lifting days (4 days a week, the other 3 days I do cardio).
Weight is up 8 lbs. After 5-6 weeks I am transitioning to a cutter, which will be sus/t p, 500 mgs a week and masteron (e, IE long lasting ester) 500 per week. Will keep deca at 200 mgs. I will not do anything major w/ my diet, just cut out the ice cream and other cheat food I am eating now. Cardio will be upped to 6 days a week.
So, my question is, should I run my orals separately? I have been on the var for 2 weeks. I am fairly sure that the best way to go here is to run them individually (w/ maybe a 2 week break) but am open to thoughtful advice. I know my total mgs are probably high for someone my age, but I get regular blood work.
