Yeah you're right I do need to add a few things and yes I like the foods. However I don't really have the time to prepare the meals. I work in fascia paint at Nissan. Aka I walk a shit load and burn all of my calories. I'm not against supplements I'm just very skeptical about them and not sure which ones to take.

So your active all day too. Having a high metabolism is not a bad thing. It can help you grow fast. You need to fuel that fire. I'd like to see you make the changes we spoke about and see where that puts you. We might need to pack some more calorie dense food in like peanut butter, but let's not make it too complicated just yet.

Yeah ah food prep sucks. There are some tricks. Here's one I use. I buy chicken breast tenderloins. It's basically just chicken breasts pre cut. Lay them out on a baking sheet on non stick foil. Bake 375 for 20 minutes. Done. I can fit a good 3 lbs on one baking sheet. Throw them all in a big Tupperware in the fridge.
