I know this is a tough question not knowing me personally. I drop fat pretty easily. 20 weeks for me starts this weekend. I'm at 11%
@ 12 weeks I will run 600 prop week, 350 tren ace week, 50 winny day
I will not run T3 and likely not clen. I might run albuterol. Maybe nolva to help with estrogenic fatty areas.
What other info would you need to answer better?
Where should I be @ 15 weeks 10 weeks 5 so on... ?
I am 5'5 175. I will be competing in BB light weight. Depending on how many classes, I may have to cut to 154 1/4.
