Where do professional athletes go for physical therapy?

I was reading an article about Greg Oden and his physical therapy. In the article it said he went to a place called St. Vincent Sports Performance. It got me wondering where else pro athletes go for p/t. I did a google search but it didn't come back with much. If you know of any place post a link so I can check it out.
