Generally I use belts on my heavier squats and deads to help keep my lower back stabilized...gotta get the Inzer as when I tried one from a friend I was impressed
got an Inzer 10mm Forever belt(lever operated). i love the belt for my heaviest squats and OH press. i will still not use a belt for lighter working sets just to increase my unbelted "strength"
but i wont get under 3 plates or more without one.
