This is hard to quantify for me, but I will try. This is a whole day cheat marathon, btw.
Breakfast:
1 bacon, egg, cheddar and avocado waffle sandwich (old fashion waffle folded as a sandwich)
1 prosciutto hash and egg waffle sandwich
1 fried chicken waffle sandwich
order of waffle fries
1 fancy ass belgian waffle
very large order of frozen custard smothered on the belgian

Rest of the day:
20+ beers
~1lbs sausage
~1lb braised shortribs
1 large carton of whoppers
roast bone marrow and bread with shallot/parsley salad
tons of pita chips w/ tzatziki and hummus
cheese and cured meats on crackers
1/2 fried chicken
braised turkey necks, prolly 1 big ass neck
1/2+ rack spare pork ribs
1/2 rack beef ribs
~3-4 braised oxtails
1lb USDA prime ribe eye
lots of reese's king size pb cups
3 pints of ben and jerry's ice cream
some sort of potato chip. cant remember, but I recall eating the whole big bag.

When I cheat...it gets ugly. Fast. That was a constant, all day eating marathon. I thought I was gonna puke all day. I ended up being about 21lbs heavier the morning after that. Srs. From full 6 pack to bloated mess in 18 hours. Within 4 days I am usually with 1lb of my starting weight. I wish I were exaggerating. After writing all that out...I feel ashamed hahaha.

as a high school senior, weighing only 135lbs, i was swimming 10,000 yards a day plus lifting 4 days a week for an hour (sometimes two hours like an idiot), i spent and ate just under $20 at Taco Bell...this is when burritos were only 59 cents and tacos were only 49 cents...the order included my diet pepsi of course lol

Anyone else just plain destroy any eating challenge they try?

I missed the Ole' 76'er by about 4oz, big damn steak
Beat a 6lbs of fish challenge, was pretty tasty.

Triple decker tuna special? :D

I think the most I've eaten in one meal was a 24oz med-rare prime rib dinner at a casino over 15 years ago. It came with a loaded baked tater, salad, rolls, ranch style beans, & corn on the cob. I was drinking booze before, during, and after eating as well, and I wasn't too terribly full after eating.

The closest I've come to that since then was an 18oz prime rib with loaded tater, rolls, and salad at a nearby restaurant about 5 years ago. It was too much - I barely finished and was miserable after.

I don't see how people can eat that much. There's no way I could come anywhere near that, and I'm considered a pretty big eater by people who know me. And I love steak.

I saw a couple of guys on the Travel Channel each eat 10+ lbs of prime rib in under an hour. One guy did right at 10lbs in like a half hour, and the other guy took a little longer to do 10.5lbs. Un-real!

I used to maintain by eating under maintenance 6 days per week slightly, and binge one day. A typical binge day would be go to golden corral, have a piled high salad of everything, then go to the buffet and have 3-4 loaded plates of everything, then to dessert bar and have 2-3 loaded plates of every dessert plus ice cream. Then head home from the 40 min drive and midway stop at dairy queen for a large cookie dough blizzard. Make it back home and have 2-3 entire griddle sized pancakes with syrup and milk, then I'd usually nap for about 1-2 hours, then wake and have something like a full package of cinnamon rolls and get started on a gallon of ice cream of some sort, usually birthday cake, and either finish it or have it close, then I'd call it a day. I could eat more within an hour after that, but I usually just wanted to down water because I felt so thirsty. This was years ago, though, before I really started bodybuilding. Those binge days were nice ;)

I love Golden Corral. I haven't been in a long time though.
