Whats for Lunch.

I eat 8 meals a day so not sure which one is lunch LOL... But the one that was closest to noon was 3 cans of tuna and romaine lettuce, 2 egg whites and pickels and hot peppers all wrapped up in a low carb, high fiber whoel wheat wrap.

I pretty much eat that every day for my mid day feeding.

Damn Rob you still got this going good man.
i rammed down rice lion stirfry 3 yogurts 1 banana 1 apple and 1.5L of water,
still damn hungry.
