Leftover BBQ sandwich: about 3 oz each of sliced brisket and chopped brisket ends in BBQ sauce, along with a couple of ounces each of pulled pork and cajun sausage, and a little pepper jack and pepper cheddar, onion, and jalapeno... all on a big french bread po-boy roll brushed with garlic butter.
