I grab a glass (32oz mason jar) of 2% milk any time I need it thru the night. The perfect snack. Whole milks great too. I love milk.

I usually do something like cottage cheese with fruit, a protein shake, or maybe eggs and some milk.

My favorite evening snack is Beverly's Ultimate Muscle Protein (cookies and cream flavor), and add some heavy whipping cream. The cream makes it taste great, and the fat slows the absorption through the night.

Cottage cheese, and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter mixed together for flavor.

What's that stuff we used to eat all the time back in the day? Oh yeah, PUSSY. Nothing like munching on a smooth fresh taco or clam (or roast beef if that's your thing) before hitting the sack.

I eat a cup of cottage cheese before going to bed. Then in the middle of the night I'll get up and drink a protein drink consisting of whey isolate mixed in liquid egg whites.

I try to stick to not eating to late but if I need to an Atkins Bar does the job.

Eggs. Straight protein and it stays active in your body for 4-5 hours. You don't want any carbs late at night. Ever since I did this I've noticed a difference in losing/holding fat
