What yogurt is best

I like the Dannon lite Greek yogurt. 12g protein an 80 calories. 2 of those mixed with some just bunches is awesome.

I like LK's. Takes some getting used to eating it warm but it has a great nutrition profile.

Us italians produce the best, no doubt.. If anyone has any doubts, feel free to talk to my wife..

Kefir, well it's kinda yogurt/milk smoothie. John Meadows recommends it. I tried it. Pretty good stuff.

I like non-fat plain Chobani with like a tsp of honey, handful of frozen blueberries, and some almonds. It's delicious.

Chobani 0% greek yogurt in the blue container.... 23g protein 9g carbs with no fat....... It taste really good too but I can't eat cheap Greek yogurt its way to bitter

Yes, Chobani it's called. I just love its heaviness and texture...a great yogurt!
